§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

Due to the requirements of the (EU) 2016/679 regulation enacted by the European Parliament and Council on April 27, 2016, regarding protection of personal data against processing and free flow of such data, and the overruling of the 95/46/WE directive (a general data protection regulation - hereinafter referred to as “RODO”), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. executing a contract or taking actions at the behest of a person whom the data concerns prior to contract conclusion (legal basis: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO),
    2. processing inquiries (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO),
    3. examining complaints (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal duties incumbent on the Administrator (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO),
    5. sending newsletters (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services – asking for completing surveys or questionnaires regarding the quality of delivered services (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO),
    7. displaying personalized advertisement on social networking sites (aty. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO)
  2. Submission of your personal information is voluntary, but mandatory to use the services. The consent is voluntary and given by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of contract.
  3. If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. a RODO), then the data will be processed until the consent withdrawal but can be archived in terms of the person along with the date and type of the consent (for the purposes of determining, investigating or defending legal claims). In other cases, the data is processed for a period necessary to attain an objective (e.g., contract performance, provision of answers, auxiliary regulations). The duration of data processing is dependent on the possibility of determining, investigating or defending legal claims or when the data retention is necessary due to tax regulations.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of IT and ICT companies with whom we have signed proper agreements. These contracts entail the rules of data processing and confidentiality. This data is not disclosed and neither party has a right to process the data in any other way than that specified in the agreement. If the company has access to your data, it can be processed only to properly provide services.
