Slow Tatry Boutique Resort in Zakopane is an authentic place, created by hospitality and love for nature and good design.
We wanted to create a place close to the nature of the Tatra Mountains, which amazes us so much. An authentic place where you can be yourself and properly rest.
We are located in the highest district of Zakopane – Cyrhla. The name comes from the “cyrhlenie” process, meaning the burning of forests for farmlands. We reverse this process. We have planted a huge number of trees and shrubs and adjusted the architecture of buildings to thirty-year-old noble Swiss pines and other vegetation endemic to this region. Slow Tatry is supposed to bring you closer to nature, blending with nature. Back in the day, the man had to burn down forests. Today, however, people need to be in contact with nature, which lets them get a real and deep rest in the slow style… Slow down, celebrate, breathe…
We want to inspire
Furthermore, we care about inspiring and stimulating creativity, and all that in accordance with nature. That is why most of our furniture is made by Polish designers and craftsmen using natural materials. What is outside corresponds with what is inside. Color patterns and materials we selected allude to a mountain flora. And to reach the maximum comfort in the SLOW style, all of that is of the highest quality.

Discover our facility and all that we have prepared for you. We leave a 50-acre area with three rest areas at your disposal. You can also spend time in the main building, bistro or hothouse, at a bar or on sofas by an ecological fireplace with inspiring albums. You can go on an inspiring trip to the mountains or the forest just around the corner. You can play board games, ride a horse or a bike. The downtown is also nearby. Spend time just the way you like it best.
Celebrate
Slow Tatry is a place of celebrations where special memories are made. In a bistro with a cocktail, specialty coffee, local brew. By a fireplace or in a winter garden. In your chosen room, under a cover or in a bathtub… With friends, a significant other or alone… The way you like the most… Be yourself, here you can…
Here you will find a mix of a high-quality café, a bar with selected alcoholic beverages and a restaurant. The Cyrhla Bistro functions following the SLOW trend. We use only local and Polish products. Although we are inspired by tradition, we try to modify the old recipes into modern and unique combinations. Our food is nutritious and top-notch.

Already at the end of 2024 we are opening our proprietary forest SPA just for you. You will find a cozy interior jacuzzi and an external one that is heated all year long.
