Modern, nutritious, a bit crazy. We lean into tradition and use what is local and Polish. We brew specialty coffee and pamper you with homemade baked goods.
We invite you to celebrate at Cyrhla Bistro.
Our cuisine uses only local and Polish products. We are inspired by tradition, but we serve it in modern and unique combinations. Our food is nutritious and based on a high number of seasonal vegetables. We prepare our meals on-site with the help of local suppliers. Our trout comes from Sitarz, vegetables and eggs from Pan Warzywko, selected cheeses from a nearby shepherd’s hut. We care for nature and our guests, so we have also prepared vegetarian and vegan dishes.
We love good-quality coffee. That is why we can welcome you with our own specialty coffee. We use the beans of a Polish coffee roasting plant – Hard Beans, a mix of flavors from Peru and Guatemala. When you fall in love with it just as we have, you can buy the beans in our concept store
We have built our wine list in a way that allows everyone to find something for themself. Beyond good-quality classic wines, you will also find wines with a long history. We are proud that we also offer wines from Poland and natural wines, including those more surprising, such as orange or pink sparkling wines.
We have prepared a menu of proprietary and classic cocktails. You can try premium alcohol from Polish artisan producers, e.g. Youra Spirits liqueurs, Johnston gins, Dragma vermouths. We have a wide range of non-alcoholic cocktails as well because we support this way of celebrating.
We knew from the very beginning that we would like to serve unique breakfasts. Every day we prepare a rustic buffet where you can find homemade pastes, high-quality cheeses and cold cuts, fresh vegetables, fish salad, yogurts and smoothies. We also serve vegan products. Warm dishes are served on special breakfast plates. Besides basic dishes such as scrambled eggs and pancakes, you can also try a nutritious shakshuka, moskol with extras or a vegan tofu scramble. Additionally, of course, you can also get our specialty coffee or local loose-leaf tea.
Our place is a mix of a high-quality café, a bar with selected alcoholic beverages and a restaurant with an idea of slow food. That is why we called it Bistro. Moreover, we want to make everyone feel free here. It does not matter if you visit us directly after a mountain hike, with a dog, child or friends. Everyone will find a place to celebrate.
