Inspired by nature
Captivated by the nature of the Tatra mountains, we wanted to make everything outside correspond with everything inside while designing SLOW. That is why the selected color patterns and materials allude to a mountain adventure. Moreover, the warm minimalism is conducive to a deep rest in the slow style… We value modern and natural Polish design as well, which is why we have decided to get most of our furniture and accessories from Polish designers and craftsmen. And to maximize the comfort, all of that is of the highest quality.

In our interiors, you will find soft and sleep-conducive recycled cotton, silk and wool because ecology is also quite significant to us. Most of our furniture, headrests and lamps are made of wood, mostly oakwood, but some elements are made of modern steel. Wooden stairs in hallways in the main building remember the very beginning of this facility. We have restored them by adding modern guardrails. In some bathrooms you will find stone wash basins, made of river rock. The natural stone can also be encountered in our bistro and SPA.
Handmade wooden lamps, many rounded shapes. Cohesive color patterns. Headrests in rooms. The reception and bar allude to the elevation outside. Brass plinths in the bistro harmonize with other decorative elements, leather handles and hangers. The wallpaper showcasing a forest has been custom-made. Furthermore, various graphical elements can be found here on the website or in our stationer’s. Being at SLOW, slow down… and see other unique combinations.
We support Polish talented creators. That is why we have decided to get most of our furniture from Polish designers and craftsmen, who make original beautiful high-quality furniture and accessories using natural materials. We have gotten dressers, desks, fireplace sofas and a shelf for the concept store from TAMO. Our armchairs and chairs are from NG DESIGN. SAY-OO is responsible for gorgeous and unique bedside tables. Desks with irregular fronts have been handmade by OKTAWOODWORK. Linen textiles have been made by SO LINEN. The stunning bowls in our bistro come from the beloved AOOMI. Side tables next to sofas is obviously SALAK.
We value natural vegetation and the beauty of flora of the Tatra Mountains. That is why our garden might enchant you with its unbridled wilderness. You will stumble upon mossy stones, old forest ferns, Swiss pines, mountain pines. We reckon that you can rest much better surrounded by nature. To make you feel more connected to the flora, we have enlarged window openings as much as we could. Some rooms even have private gardens, whereas others have balconies with views of the mountains or forest. You can also find a window in the attic that reaches the very ridge of the roof.
Comfortable rest is provided by high-quality two-sided hypoallergenic mattresses with coconut and ions of silver. They let you adjust the hardness to your needs.
The best souvenirs are those that bring back memories of good rest. In our concept store, you will find natural products by local creators, including those used at SLOW. All that for the best memories…
