We are neighbors of the Tatra National Park. Leaving our facilities, you can immediately take a stroll in a forest or have a Forest bath.
A forest bath can be treated as a form of connecting with nature, which has health and prophylaxis benefits along with rehabilitative and medical boons. The word “bath” refers to a metaphor of immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere by means of all your senses during a slow, mindful, mostly silent stroll. In 2003 Yoshifumi Miyazaki, a professor of the University in Chiba, coined the term “forest therapy” to underline the scientific basis of utilizing forest baths as a therapeutic method.
